고양특례시가 공동주택 관리 종사자의 노동 인권 보호와 근무 환경 개선에 앞장선 아파트 단지 4곳을 우수 모범아파트로 선정하고 표창했다.
시는 최근 관내 공동주택 단지를 대상으로 실태조사를 실시한 결과, ▲신원마을3단지 ▲고양삼송LH12단지 ▲호수마을2단지 ▲일산두산위브더제니스 등 4개 단지를 우수 모범아파트로 선정해 고양특례시장 표창장을 수여했다고 23일 밝혔다.

이번에 선정된 아파트 단지들은 최저임금 인상 등 어려운 여건 속에서도 관리 종사자의 고용을 안정적으로 유지하고, 근무 환경 개선을 통해 노사 상생과 화합에 기여한 것으로 평가받았다.
고양시노동권익센터는 공동주택 단지 실태조사와 선정위원회 심의를 거쳐 최종 선정했으며, ▲고용유지 노력도 ▲근무 환경 여건 ▲입주민 참여의식 제고 활동 ▲노사 소통을 위한 공동체 활성화 등을 주요 평가 기준으로 삼았다.
특히 고용유지 노력도 부문에서는 전년도 대비 고용 유지 여부를, 근무 환경 여건 부문에서는 관리 종사자의 휴게실 설치 여부 등을 종합적으로 평가했다.
선정된 단지에는 고양특례시장 표창장과 함께 우수 모범아파트 현판이 전달됐다.
