전북특별자치도는 2일 도청 공연장에서 '붉은 말의 해' 2026년 병오년(丙午年) 시무식을 열고 민선 8기를 마무리하는 해이자 새로운 민선 9기를 준비해야 할 출발선인 새해 도정 운영 방향과 비전을 공유했다.
