브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회는 지난 2일 병오년(丙午年) 붉은 말의 해를 맞아 시무식을 개최했다고 5일 밝혔다.
이날 시무식에 참석한 정기환 회장을 비롯한 임직원들은 지난해 주요 성과를 되돌아보며 비전과 추진 방향을 공유하는 시간을 가졌다. 정 회장은 이 자리에서 어려운 경영 환경 속에서도 각자의 역할을 다해 온 임직원들에게 감사의 뜻과 함께 새해 인사를 전했다.
이와 함께 정 회장은 2026년을 맞아 △AI 기반 경마 운영 혁신 △안전경영의 완전한 정착 △영천경마장의 성공적 개장 △경마산업 규제 개선 등 네 가지 핵심 과제를 제시하며, 경마 산업이 지속가능한 성장을 이루고 국민에게 더 나은 가치를 제공할 수 있는 환경을 조성해 나가야 한다고 강조했다.
