천안 동남구 이명열 구청장, 현장에서 시작한 첫 일정

지난 2일 취임한 이명열 천안시 동남구청장이 지역 사회와의 직접 소통을 출발점으로 공식 행보에 들어갔다. 형식적 절차를 최소화한 대신 현장을 우선 찾는 방식으로, 새 행정의 방향성을 분명히 했다.
