브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국토교통부가 공공 건설공사 참여자(발주청, 시공자, 건설사업관리용역사업자)에 대한 2025년 안전관리 수준평가’ 결과를 공개했다.
안전관리 수준평가는 건설공사 참여자의 자율적인 안전관리 활동을 제고하기 위해 ‘건설기술 진흥법’ 제62조제14항에 따라 2017년부터 실시하고 있으며, 2019년부터는 평가결과를 대외적으로 공개하고 있다.
평가는 위탁기관인 국토안전관리원에서 실시했으며, △안전전담 조직구성 △관련 법령에 따른 업무수행 △자발적 안전점검 활동 △위험요소 확인 및 제거 지원 활동 등 153개 세부지표와, 건설현장 사망자수를 평가한 후 평가등급위원회의 심의를 거쳐 5개 등급으로 산정했다.
사망자 1∼2명 1등급, 사망자 3∼4명 2등급, 사망자 5∼6명 3등급 하향, 사망자 7명 이상은 최저등급이 부여된다.
이후 매우 우수(95점 이상), 우수(85점∼95점), 보통(60점∼85점), 미흡(40점∼60점), 매우 미흡(40점 미만)으로 산정된다.
올해 평가대상은 283개 현장의 366개 참여자였으며, 1개 발주청과 5개의 시공자가 ‘매우 우수’ 평가를 받았다. 반면, 42개 참여자는 ‘매우 미흡’ 한 것으로 평가를 받았다.
시공자 중에서는 현대엔지니어링 주식회사가 2024년 매우 높은 평가점수에도 불구하고 1명의 사망사고로 인해 ‘우수’ 평가 받았고, 2025년에는 다수의 사망자가 발생하는 사고로 인해 ‘매우 미흡’ 평가를 받는데 그쳤다.
또한, △지에스건설㈜ △계룡건설산업㈜ △한동산업㈜ △주식회사 한성종합건설 △경기종합건설㈜ △주식회사 홍성건설 △통일건설 △㈜경우크린텍 △홍원건설㈜ △동남종합건설㈜ △상리건설주식회사 △율림건설 주식회사 △보림건설산업㈜ △강산건영 △㈜내외씨앤디건설 △장산이엔지주식회사 △㈜동부토건 △주식회사 씨타대헌건설 등이 최저 점수인 ‘매우 미흡’ 평가를 받았다.
건설사업관리 용역사업자인 △㈜토문엔지니어링건축사사무소 △㈜이가종합건축사사무소 △㈜길종합건축사사무소이엔지 △㈜건축사사무소아라그룹 등 4곳도 ‘매우 미흡’으로 분류됐다.
한편, 최고 등급인 ‘매우 우수’ 참여자는 발주청인 ‘한국전력공사’와, 시공자 △두산건설 △서한 △호반산업 △동부건설 △남양건설 등이 꼽혔다.

Four construction management service providers, including Tomoon Engineering & Architecture Co., Ltd., Iga Architects & Engineers Co., Ltd., Gil Architects & Engineers Co., Ltd., and Ara Group Architects & Engineers Co., Ltd., were also classified as "Very Poor."
