파주시가 경기도의 '누구나 돌봄 플랫폼'을 활용한 통합돌봄 체계 구축에 본격 나섰다.
파주시는 8일 누구나 돌봄 플랫폼의 안정적 운영과 의료·요양 통합돌봄 체계의 원활한 안착을 위한 실무자 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 경기도가 구축한 누구나 돌봄 플랫폼을 기반으로 읍면동과 유관기관 간 협업을 강화하고, 현장 중심의 맞춤형 통합돌봄 체계를 본격 추진하기 위해 마련됐다.

교육에는 읍면동 돌봄 담당자를 비롯해 국민건강보험공단 파주지사 돌봄통합팀 관계자, 서비스 제공기관 관계자 등 50여 명이 참석했다.
이날 교육에서는 누구나 돌봄 플랫폼 운영 절차와 현장 적용 방안, 서비스 연계 방법 등을 중심으로 진행됐다.
경기도사회서비스원은 플랫폼의 도입 목적과 운영 범위, 사용자별 권한 및 주요 기능을 설명하며, 서비스 신청부터 제공과 정산까지 이어지는 7단계 처리 절차를 중심으로 실무 이해도를 높였다.
운영 체계에 따라 읍면동은 대상자 발굴과 초기 상담, 서비스 연계를 담당하고, 제공기관과 유관기관은 서비스 제공과 사후 관리를 맡는 방식으로 역할이 분담된다.
특히 의료·요양 통합돌봄 분야에서는 국민건강보험공단의 조사·판정 결과를 바탕으로 맞춤형 서비스를 연계해 의료·요양·돌봄 서비스가 현장에서 유기적으로 운영될 수 있도록 했다.
파주시는 오는 3월 27일 의료·요양 통합돌봄의 본격 시행에 맞춰, 읍면동과 유관기관, 제공기관 간 협업을 강화하고 누구나 돌봄 플랫폼을 중심으로 통합돌봄 운영 체계를 안정적으로 정착시켜 나갈 계획이다.
