대소면 새마을남녀지도자협의회는 이웃돕기 생필품 기탁, 사랑의 김장 나눔 행사 등 다양한 봉사활동을 통해 지역사회 나눔문화 확산에 앞장서고 있다.
특히 지난해 4월에 이어 올해도 장학금을 기탁하며 지역 학생들을 향한 응원을 지속하고 있다.
이정석 회장은 “회원들이 한마음으로 마련한 장학금을 전하게 돼 뜻깊게 생각한다”며 “지역 청소년들이 마음껏 꿈을 키울 수 있도록 앞으로도 응원하겠다”고 말했다.
김영미 부녀회장도 “지역의 미래 주역들이 학업과 진로를 준비하는 데 힘이 될 수 있도록 나눔을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
