【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 관내 중소기업(제조업)을 대상으로 2026년 기업 정주 여건 개선사업 공모를 실시한다고 14일 밝혔다.
해당 사업은 중소기업의 기숙사 확충과 근무환경 개선을 통해 기업 경쟁력을 높이고, 쾌적하고 안전한 근무환경을 조성하고자 충북도가 주관하는 사업이다.
지원 분야는 △주거환경 분야(기숙사 신·증축, 기존 시설의 기숙사 용도 변경) △근무환경 분야(공용시설과 작업장 환기·집진시설 설치·개보수 등) △연구실 환경 분야(안전 장비 시설과 폐수 전용 처리 설비 설치·개보수 등) 등 총 3개 분야이다.
사업 신청 기간은 오는 2월 6일까지이며, 군 기업지원과 기업지원팀으로 방문해 신청하거나 우편으로 신청할 수 있다.
신청 자격은 주거환경과 근무환경 개선사업의 경우 관내 중소기업 중 제조업 전업률(제품매출/전체매출)이 30% 이상과 관내 공장 등록된 기업이다.

입주 예정 인원에 따라 기업당 최대 2억 원(자부담 50% 이상)까지 지원되며, 이를 통해 인력 확보에 어려움을 겪는 기업들의 주거 부담을 크게 완화할 것으로 기대된다.
근무환경 분야는 근로자 공용시설(화장실, 휴게실, 구내식당 등), 작업장과 가족 친화 시설(사내어린이집, 수유실 등) 내 설치와 개보수 등에 최대 2천만 원(자부담 30% 이상)이 지원된다.
또한, 기업부설 연구소 또는 연구 전담부서를 보유한 기업에는 연구실 안전설비, 스마트 안전관리 시스템, 노후 연구 환경 개선 등 연구실 환경 개선 사업을 통해 기업당 최대 2천만 원(자부담 30% 이상)이 지원된다.
