[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 경상남도진주교육지원청은 15일 진주교육지원청 대강당에서 학교(원)장과 소속기관장, 행정실장 등 300여 명이 참석한 가운데 2026년 진주교육 설명회를 개최했다.
이번 설명회에서 진주교육지원청은 ‘각자의 빛 함께 빛날 진주 미래’를 주제로 2026년 진주교육의 중점 사업을 공유하며 교육공동체와 소통했다.
교육지원청은 경남교육청의 정책 방향에 맞춰 학생 미래 역량 중심의 맞춤형 수업혁신과 교육공공성 확대 등 주요 교육정책을 안내했다.
지원청은 인문 기반 미래교육과 고교학점제의 안정적 운영, 작은학교 공동교육과정 추진을 통해 학교의 역할 강화를 강조했다.
또 진주교육지원청은 환경교육특구와 기후환경교육추진단 운영을 통해 생태전환교육 지원을 확대하고 학교 안팎의 환경교육을 활성화할 방침이다.
교육지원청은 학생오케스트라와 예술동아리 운영, 진주학생문화나눔터 ‘다움’ 운영을 통해 문화예술교육을 강화할 계획이다.
특히 진주교육지원청은 늘봄진주 개관을 계기로 학부모 만족도를 높이고 진주교육 특색과제인 ‘에나진주와 사랑에 빠지다!’를 내실 있게 운영할 예정이다.
