남동구에 따르면, 분양 텃밭은 표준형(5평) 300개, 소형(2.5평) 200개 등 모두 500개 규모로, 분양 신청 기간은 2월 9일까지이다.
사용료는 표준형 2만 원, 소형 1만 원으로, 분양받은 구민은 사용료를 1회 납부한 뒤, 3월 27일부터 11월 22일까지 사용할 수 있다.
