【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 23일 군청 대회의실에서 ‘증평군 통합지원협의체’ 위촉식을 열고, 지역 맞춤형 통합돌봄 추진을 위한 협력체계를 본격 가동했다.
통합돌봄 제도는 의료·요양·돌봄·주거 서비스를 통합 제공하는 국가 정책으로, 오는 3월 27일부터 전면 시행될 예정이다.
이에 앞서 군은 지난 1월 전담 조직인 ‘통합돌봄팀’을 신설한 데 이어, 이번 통합지원협의체 구성을 통해 통합돌봄 추진을 위한 사전 준비를 이어가고 있다.
통합지원협의체는 지역 돌봄 분야 전문 기관과 통합지원 관련기관(서비스 제공 기관 등)이 함께 참여하는 협의기구로, 통합돌봄 정책 추진을 위한 민관 협력체계를 강화하기 위해 운영된다.
협의체는 △지역 돌봄 계획의 수립 및 평가 △통합지원 관련기관 간 연계협력에 관한 사항 등 통합돌봄에 대한 심의·자문 역할을 하게 된다.
이날 위촉식에는 지역 내 관련 분야 전문가 25명이 통합지원협의체 위원으로 위촉됐다.
참석자들은 2026년도 통합돌봄 사업 실행 방향과 증평군 실정에 맞는 증평형 통합돌봄 사업의 원활한 추진 방안에 대해 의견을 나눴다.
군은 그동안 일상돌봄, 여가문화, 생활지원, 방문의료 등 증평형 노인복지모델을 중심으로 지역 맞춤형 돌봄 체계를 구축해 왔다.
이러한 기존 돌봄 자산을 바탕으로, 앞으로는 지역 내 돌봄 자원을 연계해 대상자 발굴부터 서비스 제공까지 이어지는 대상자 중심의 통합돌봄 체계를 단계적으로 구축해 나갈 계획이다.
또 전 생애를 아우르는 돌봄 정책을 통해 주민 체감도가 높은 사람 중심의 지역 돌봄 체계를 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 방침이다.
이재영 군수는 “통합지원협의체 운영을 통해 공공과 민관이 긴밀이 협력하는 돌봄 체계를 구축하겠다”며 “증평형 노인복지모델 사업을 기반으로 통합돌봄 사업을 내실 있게 추진해 지역주민이 살던 곳에서 건강하고 안전하게 생활할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
