[브레이크뉴스=강동호 기자] 재창원합천군향우회 출향인들의 고향사랑기부가 이어지면서 고향을 향한 따뜻한 나눔 실천을 보였다.

26일 재창원합천군향우회 정기총회 및 회장 이·취임식에서 제16대 노수훈 신임 회장이 고향사랑기부금 500만 원을 기탁했다.

이어 재창원합천군향우회 이민정 여성회장과 이황모 수석부회장도 각각 100만 원씩을 기탁해 고향 발전에 힘을 보탰다.

노수훈 신임 회장은 “향우회를 이끌어가는 책임 있는 자리에서 고향을 위한 나눔에 앞장서고 싶었다”며 “앞으로도 향우들과 함께 합천을 응원하는 다양한 활동을 이어가겠다”고 말했다. 

이민정 여성회장과 이황모 수석부회장 역시 “고향사랑기부제는 고향을 위해 실질적으로 참여할 수 있는 뜻깊은 제도”라며 “작은 정성이지만 합천 발전에 보탬이 되길 바란다”고 전했다.

김윤철 합천군수는 “향우회 회장을 비롯해 여성회장과 수석부회장까지 함께 기탁에 동참해 주신 것은 고향사랑기부제의 의미를 더욱 빛나게 하는 일”이라며 “소중한 기부금은 군민의 삶의 질 향상과 지역 현안 해결을 위한 고향사랑기금사업에 투명하게 사용하겠다”고 감사의 뜻을 전했다.

합천군은 기부자에게 합천 애향인증을 발급해 군이 운영하는 시설의 입장료·사용료를 무료 또는 할인 혜택으로 제공하고 있다.
