상향 기간은 2월 1일부터 28일까지이며, 결제금액의 15% 인센티브가 지급(최대 15만원)된다. 개인별 구매 한도는 100만원이며, 종전과 동일하게 연 매출 30억 초과 가맹점에서는 결제가 제한된다.
카드는 ‘그리고’ 앱을 통해 신청할 수 있고, 신규 발급인 경우에는 가까운 읍면 행정복지센터에 방문해 수령이 가능하다. 충전은 ‘그리고’ 앱 또는 관내 금융기관에서 할 수 있다.
