포천시는 지난 30일 공동주택 입주자대표회의가 감사 업무를 보다 체계적으로 수행할 수 있도록 돕는 '공동주택 분기별 감사보고서 작성 가이드'를 제작해 배포했다고 밝혔다.
이번 가이드는 그동안 명확한 기준이 없어 어려움을 겪었던 아파트 감사 업무에 대한 표준안을 제시했다는 점에서 의미가 크다. 시는 분기별로 진행되는 감사 결과를 일관성 있게 작성하고 관리할 수 있도록 주요 점검 분야를 세분화했다. 이를 통해 감사 업무의 전문성을 높이는 것은 물론, 감사 결과의 객관성을 확보하고 분기별 데이터를 비교 분석하는 것도 가능해질 전망이다.
