고양특례시가 열악한 노동 환경에 놓인 현장 노동자들을 위해 휴게시설 개선사업에 나선다.
시는 3일 '2026년 현장노동자 휴게시설 개선사업'을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 휴게 여건이 좋지 않은 현장 노동자들의 근로 환경을 개선하기 위해 마련됐다.
지원 대상은 고양시 내 비영리법인이 운영하는 사회복지시설과 노동자 100명 미만의 요양병원, 중소제조업체다.
개소당 최대 500만 원까지 지원되며, 참여 기관은 보조금의 20%를 자부담해야 한다.
다만 사회복지시설의 경우 자부담 비율이 5~10%로 낮아진다.
시는 이번 사업을 통해 기존 휴게실 개선 공사비, 냉난방시설과 환기시설 등 시설 물품 구입비용을 지원할 예정이다.
다만 유사 사업으로 이미 지원을 받은 경우, 시설 상태가 양호한 경우, 신규 사업장 신축이나 이전의 경우 등은 지원 대상에서 제외된다.
지원을 희망하는 기관과 기업은 이달 27일까지 필요 서류를 첨부해 지방보조금관리시스템(보탬e)을 통해 신청하면 된다.
