【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군이 악성 민원으로 심리적 부담을 겪는 민원처리공무원을 위해 전문 심리상담 지원 체계를 구축했다.
군은 3일 군수 집무실에서 민원처리공무원 전담 전문 심리상담관 위촉식을 열고 문영숙 텐버디 심리상담센터장을 심리상담관으로 위촉했다.
이번 심리상담관 위촉은 민원 최일선에서 근무하는 공무원의 감정노동 부담을 완화하고, 악성민원 피해 발생 시 보다 신속하고 체계적인 심리 회복을 지원하기 위한 목적이다.
위촉된 전문 심리상담관은 군 소속 민원처리공무원을 대상으로 1대1 전문 심리상담을 제공하며, 악성민원 피해 발생 시 신속한 상담 연계를 통해 심리 회복을 지원하게 된다.
그동안 군은‘민원처리공무원 보호 및 지원 조례’를 통해 심리상담 비용을 지원해왔으나, 상담 연계의 어려움과 낮은 인지도로 인해 활용에 한계가 있었다.
이번 군 차원의 전담 심리상담관 위촉을 계기로 피해 공무원이 보다 신속하게 상담을 받을 수 있는 구조를 마련했다는 설명이다.
문영숙 센터장은 충청대학교와 서원대학교 외래교수를 역임했으며, 현재 텐버디 심리상담센터장을 맡고 있다.
그동안 증평군보건소, 삼보초등학교, 충청북도교육청 등 다수 공공기관에서 심리상담을 지원해 온 전문가로, 실질적이고 체계적인 상담이 가능할 것으로 군은 기대하고 있다
