브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자가 4일부터 7일까지 일산 킨텍스에서 열리는 국내 최대 건축박람회 ‘2026 코리아빌드위크’에 참가해 AI 홈 기반 ‘모듈러 홈 솔루션’을 전시한다.
‘코리아빌드위크’는 국내∙외 건축 기자재 및 기술을 소개하는 건설∙건축∙인테리어 전문 전시회로 900여 개 업체가 참가한다.
삼성전자는 국내 최대 목조 모듈러 주택사 ‘공간제작소’와 협업해 AI 홈 기반의 ‘모듈러 홈 솔루션’을 적용한 59.5㎡ 규모의 모듈러 주택을 선보였다.
공간제작소는 AI 기반 건축설계와 로봇 자동화 공정을 결합한 스마트팩토리에서 연간 1700세대의 모듈러 주택을 생산할 수 있다.
‘모듈러 홈 솔루션’이 적용된 모듈러 건축은 턴키 방식으로 제공된다. 입주자는 QR 코드를 스캔해 간단하게 로그인만 하면 곧바로 삼성전자 AI 홈이 제공하는 스마트하고 안전한 일상을 바로 누릴 수 있다.
이번에 전시된 모듈러 주택은 현관, 세탁실, 주방, 거실, 드레스룸, 침실, 보안 등 총 7개 공간으로 구성됐다. 방문객들은 이곳에서 귀가부터 휴식과 수면, 안전 관리까지 일상 전반에 적용되는 최신 AI 홈 기능을 직접 체험할 수 있다.
