(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구가 6일, 통합돌봄사업의 원활한 추진과 관련 기관 간 연계·협력을 위해 ‘남동구 통합지원협의체’를 구성했다고 밝혔다.
남동구에 따르면, 구는 이를 통해 오는 3월 27일 시행되는 ‘의료·요양 등 지역 돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률’에 발맞춰 본격적인 남동형 통합돌봄 체계 구축에 나선다.
협의체는 통합돌봄의 기본 방향과 지역계획 수립에 관한 사항을 심의·자문하는 기구로, 박종효 구청장을 위원장으로 총 20명의 위원으로 구성된다.
협의체에는 국민건강보험공단 남동지사와 국민연금공단 남동연수지사를 비롯해 남동구의사회, 한의사회, 치과의사회, 약사회, 인천시 간호사회, 병원 등 보건의료 분야 대표 6명과 종합사회복지관, 노인복지관, 장애인복지관, 지역자활센터, 자원봉사센터 등 복지·돌봄·주거 분야 대표 6명, 관련 분야 대학교수 등이 참여했다.
최근 개최된 첫 정기회의에서는 위원들에 대한 위촉장 수여를 시작으로 2026년 통합돌봄 계획 수립에 관한 사항을 심의하고, 의료·요양·돌봄 서비스 기관 간 효율적인 연계 방안과 지역 돌봄 체계 구축을 위한 의견을 공유했다.
남동구는 ‘사는 곳에서 편안하게-어르신이 꿈(dream) 꾸고 남동구가 해드립니다’는 목표로 ‘2026 남동드림 통합돌봄사업’을 추진한다.
일상생활이 어려운 노인, 장애인을 대상으로 기존 의료, 요양, 돌봄서비스를 통합해 연계·제공하고, 서비스 사각지대 해소를 위한 지역 특화 서비스도 운영한다.
특히, 남동형 특화 서비스로 ‘건강드림’, ‘돌봐드림’, ‘고쳐드림’, ‘동(洞)드림’ 등 4대 분야 9개 서비스를 추진해 지역 여건에 맞는 통합돌봄을 추진한다.
