【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 오는 3월 11일까지 위기청소년 특별지원 대상자를 모집한다고 6일 밝혔다.
위기청소년 특별지원 사업은 보호자가 없거나 실질적으로 보호자의 보호를 받지 못하는 위기청소년을 발굴해 청소년의 상황에 맞는 다양한 서비스를 지원하는 사업이다.
올해 지원 인원은 15명 내외이며, 지원 대상은 가구 중위소득 100% 이하의 9세~24세 관내 청소년이다.
세부 지원 대상으로는 △청소년복지 지원법에 따른 비행과 일탈 예방을 위해 지원이 필요한 청소년 △학교밖 청소년 지원에 관한 법률에 따른 학교밖 청소년 △보호자가 없거나 실질적으로 보호자의 보호를 받지 못하는 청소년(한부모 가족 자녀 포함) △사회·경제적 요인으로 3개월 이상 외부와 단절된 상태로 정상적 생활이 현저히 곤란한 은둔형 청소년이며, 다른 제도에 의해 같은 내용의 지원을 받지 않는 경우 지원이 가능하다.
최종 대상자 선정과 지원 금액 등은 청소년복지심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 결정된다.
결정된 내용에 따라 건강, 학업, 자립, 상담, 법률, 활동 등의 서비스가 지원되며, 지원 금액은 항목별 월 최대 65만 원이다.
지원 기간은 1년 이내로 하되, 필요한 경우 1년의 범위에서 연장할 수 있다.
지원 신청은 청소년 본인 또는 보호자, 청소년 상담사, 교원, 사회복지사 등이 관할 읍·면 행정복지센터에서 신청할 수 있다.
주규영 군 교육청소년과 주무관은 “앞으로도 보호자가 없거나 실질적으로 보호자의 보호를 받지 못하는 위기청소년을 적극 발굴해 도움을 줄 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
