인천 꿈다락 문화예술학교는 지역의 역량 있는 문화예술교육 기관·단체가 인천 시민 대상 양질의 문화예술교육 참여 기회를 제공할 수 있도록 프로그램 운영비를 지원한다.
지원 대상은 문화예술교육이 가능한 공간을 확보한 문화예술교육 단체(일반형)와 공간을 확보하지 못한 단체(매칭형), 프로그램 운영 협조 의향이 있는 문화시설이며, 총 15개 내외 기관·단체를 선정한다.
