고양특례시가 설 연휴 기간 동안 하수도 관련 긴급 상황에 대비해 24시간 특별대책반을 운영한다고 10일 밝혔다.

시는 지역별 하수도 유지관리 연간단가 계약업체와 긴밀한 협업 체계를 구축해 응급 조치가 필요한 상황에 신속히 대응함으로써 시민 불편을 최소화한다는 방침이다.
주요 대응 내용은 하수도 시설물 파손 시 긴급 복구, 하수관로 막힘 및 역류 사고 해결, 기타 하수도 관련 시민 불편 사항 현장 처리 등이다.
고양시 상하수도사업소 관계자는 "설 연휴에도 시민들의 안전과 생활 편의를 최우선으로 고려해 하수도 관련 긴급 민원에 신속하고 체계적으로 대응할 수 있도록 만반의 준비를 마쳤다"며 "긴급 상황 발생 시 즉시 신고해 달라"고 당부했다.
