정관장 ‘당일신청∙당일배송’은 일반택배 마감 후에도 선물을 받아볼 수 있도록, 결제 즉시 배송지에서 가장 가까운 정관장 매장에서 직접 배송하는 서비스다.
‘당일신청·당일배송’ 서비스는 15일 정오까지 정관장 로드샵에 직접 방문해 신청하거나, 고객센터 및 정관장 공식 온라인몰 ‘정몰’에서 배송지와 가까운 정관장 매장을 안내받아 유선으로 신청할 수 있다. 20만원 이상 구매고객에게는 무료로 배송 서비스가 지원된다.
선물을 직접 들고 다니기 어렵거나 배송처의 정확한 주소를 모를 경우 ‘매장픽업’ 서비스도 이용할 수 있다. ‘매장픽업’은 ‘정몰’에서 제품을 주문한 뒤 원하는 시간대에 가까운 매장에서 제품을 직접 수령하는 방식이다.
