파주교육지원청은 지난 2월 2일 학교급식 식재료 공동구매 추진을 위한 제안서 평가 기술평가를 실시하고, 평가 결과를 토대로 우선협상대상자를 선정했다고 밝혔다.

이번 기술평가는 외부 전문위원 9명과 관능요원 5명이 참여해 제안업체의 식재료 품질과 안전성, 배송 수행 능력 등 전반적인 역량을 종합적으로 검토했으며, 관능평가를 병행해 실제 사용될 식재료의 품질과 기호도까지 함께 확인하는 방식으로 진행됐다.
평가는 기술평가 점수 정량 15점과 정성 65점, 입찰가격평가 20점을 합산해 총점 70점 이상을 획득한 업체 가운데 가장 높은 점수를 받은 업체를 우선협상대상자로 선정하는 방식으로 이뤄졌으며, 파주교육지원청은 2월 10일 우선협상대상자와 협상을 진행했다.
협상에서는 추가 제안 물품과 배송 방식, 학교별 여건과 학생 선호도를 반영할 수 있는 안정적이고 효율적인 식재료 공동구매 운영 방안 등 실질적인 세부 사항을 중심으로 논의가 이뤄졌다.
