파주시가 돌봄이 필요한 시민들이 시설이 아닌 살던 곳에서 건강하고 품격 있게 노후를 보낼 수 있도록 돕는 '지역 맞춤형 통합돌봄' 서비스 체계를 본격 가동한다.
파주시는 지난 2월 10일 시청 민원동 회의실에서 '2026년 제1차 지역 돌봄 통합지원 회의'를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 회의는 오는 3월 27일 시행 예정인 「의료·요양 등 지역 돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률」에 맞춰 파주시만의 특화된 돌봄 서비스 지원 방안을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.

회의에는 파주시 복지정책과를 비롯해 보건소, 읍면동 행정복지센터, 국민건강보험공단, 의료기관 및 복지관 등 13개 기관의 전문가 25명이 참석했다.
참석자들은 돌봄 사각지대에 놓인 대상자 4명에 대한 개인별 지원계획을 심의하고, 의료·요양·돌봄 서비스의 유기적 연계 방안과 어르신 맞춤형 주택개조 등을 집중 논의했다.
그동안 각 기관별로 분산되어 제공되던 서비스들이 통합지원회의라는 하나의 플랫폼으로 통합되면서, 돌봄이 필요한 시민들은 본인에게 필요한 모든 서비스를 일괄적으로 안내받고 제공받을 수 있게 된다.
이를 통해 의료, 요양, 돌봄 서비스가 유기적으로 연계된 수요자 중심의 원스톱 서비스 체계가 구축될 전망이다.
이명희 파주시 복지정책과장은 "2026년은 통합돌봄이 제도적으로 안착하는 원년인 만큼, 민관의 긴밀한 협력을 통해 시민들이 병원이나 시설이 아닌 정든 집에서 품격 있는 노후를 보내실 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
파주시는 앞으로 매월 2회 정기적인 통합지원 회의를 개최해 서비스 지원 체계를 더욱 고도화할 계획이다.

Paju City announced that it held the '2026 First Regional Care Integrated Support Meeting' on February 10th in the conference room of the Civil Affairs Building in City Hall.
