특히 시는 시민들이 궁금해하는 정보를 선제적으로 분석해 653개의 사전정보를 공개함으로써 ‘사전정보 공표 충실성’ 항목에서 만점을 받았다. 또한, 정보공개 청구 처리 과정에서도 법적 근거를 명확히 제시하고 처리 기한을 엄격히 준수하는 등 신뢰받는 행정 서비스를 제공했다는 평가다.
