대전광역시시설관리공단이 2026년 경영혁신 계획의 일환으로 시민 복리 증진과 조직 경쟁력 강화를 목표로 45개 중점 과제를 본격 추진한다.
시민 눈높이에 맞춘 체육·복지시설 개선에 주력, 안영축구장·송강테니스장을 기존 주 6일에서 연중무휴로 전환하고 이용 기회를 확대한다.
갑천수상스포츠체험장은 4~10월 야간 운영에 나서 전기동력보트 증차, 대전 야경 명소로 키우며 정수원 장례시설은 유족 편의를 위해 화장 시간을 앞당긴다.
‘국민체육진흥공단 튼튼머니’ 제도를 도입해 QR코드로 스포츠 활동 인증 시 포인트 적립, 수영장·헬스장 강습료 문화비 소득공제 자동분리 결제 시스템도 구축한다.
복용승마장 등 7개 사업장에서 장애인 재활승마, 초등 늘봄교실 등 취약계층 특화 강습을 운영한다.
