경기도, 올해 매입·전세임대 3,715호 공급… 주거안정 ‘속도’

경기도가 고물가와 전세난으로 어려움을 겪는 무주택 서민들을 위해 올해 총 3,715호 규모의 공공임대주택을 공급하며 주거 안전망 강화에 나선다.

경기도는 19일 저소득층, 청년, 신혼부부 등 주거취약계층의 주거비 부담을 완화하고 안정적인 거주 환경을 제공하기 위해 ‘기존주택 매입·전세임대주택’ 공급 계획을 확정했다고 밝혔다.
