경기 용인시 기흥구에서 신규 아파트가 분양을 앞두고 있다. 라온건설은 3월 중 ‘용인 플랫폼시티 라온프라이빗 아르디에’를 공급할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
단지는 용인시 기흥구 영덕동 일원에 지하 2층~지상 7층, 7개 동, 총 238가구 규모로 조성된다. 전용면적은 84㎡~119㎡로 구성됐다. 일부 가구에는 테라스 설계가 적용되며, 최상층에는 설계 기준 최대 3.5m 층고가 반영됐다.
단지는 대규모 도시개발사업인 용인 플랫폼시티와 인접해 있다. 플랫폼시티는 첨단산업과 주거·상업·문화 기능을 포함한 복합도시로 조성될 계획이며, 사업 일정과 내용은 관계기관 추진 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있다.
인근에는 구성역이 위치해 있다. 구성역에는 수도권광역급행철도 GTX-A와 수인분당선이 운행 중이거나 개통 예정이다. 향후 노선 운영 계획에 따라 서울 및 수도권 주요 지역으로의 이동 여건이 달라질 수 있다.
도로망으로는 중부대로·동부대로 이용이 가능하며, 흥덕IC·수원신갈IC 등을 통해 경부고속도로·영동고속도로·용인서울고속도로 진입이 가능하다.
생활권 측면에서는 광교신도시와 수원 영통지구와 인접해 있다. 광교신도시 내 광교호수공원과 상업시설을 이용할 수 있으며, 인근에는 대형마트 등 상업시설이 위치해 있다.
교육시설로는 석현초, 흥덕중·고, 기흥고 등이 주변에 있다. 이 밖에 도서관과 대학 시설도 인근에 위치해 있다.
단지 내에는 피트니스, 실내 골프연습장, GX룸, 작은도서관, 맘스테이션 등 커뮤니티 시설이 계획돼 있다. 주차 공간은 가구당 1.52대 수준으로 설계됐다. 단지 인근에는 문화공원 조성이 예정돼 있으며, 신갈공원·신대호수 등 녹지 공간이 자리하고 있다. 일부 가구에서는 태광CC 방향 조망이 가능하다고 회사 측은 설명했다.
견본주택은 용인시 수지구 동천동 일원에 마련될 예정이다.

A new apartment complex is set to go on sale in Giheung-gu, Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. Raon Construction announced that it plans to launch sales of “Yongin Platform City Raon Private Ardie” in March.
The complex will be built in Yeongdeok-dong, Giheung-gu, Yongin, comprising seven buildings with two basement levels and seven above-ground floors, for a total of 238 units. Unit sizes range from 84㎡ to 119㎡ (exclusive area). Some units will feature terrace designs, and the top-floor units will offer a maximum ceiling height of 3.5 meters, based on design standards.
The project is located near Yongin Platform City, a large-scale urban development initiative planned as a mixed-use city incorporating high-tech industries, residential, commercial, and cultural functions. Project timelines and details may change depending on the progress of relevant authorities.
Nearby is Guseong Station, which is served by the GTX-A (Metropolitan Rapid Transit Line A) and the Suin–Bundang Line. Future travel conditions to Seoul and other major areas in the Seoul metropolitan region may vary depending on operational plans and service schedules.
For road access, residents can use Jungbu-daero and Dongbu-daero, with entry to the Gyeongbu Expressway, Yeongdong Expressway, and Yongin–Seoul Expressway available via Heungdeok IC and Suwon Singal IC.
In terms of living infrastructure, the complex is close to Gwanggyo New Town and the Yeongtong district of Suwon. Facilities within Gwanggyo New Town, including Gwanggyo Lake Park and various commercial amenities, are accessible. Large retail stores and other shopping facilities are also located nearby.
Educational institutions in the vicinity include Seokhyeon Elementary School, Heungdeok Middle and High Schools, and Giheung High School. Libraries and university facilities are also situated nearby.
The complex plans to include community facilities such as a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, GX room, small library, and a moms’ station. Parking will be provided at a ratio of approximately 1.52 spaces per household. A cultural park is planned near the site, and green spaces such as Singal Park and Sindae Lake are located nearby. According to the company, some units will offer views toward Taekwang Country Club.
The model house will be set up in Dongcheon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin.
