[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 국립창원대학교가 대한민국 교원 양성의 핵심 거점임을 다시 한번 증명했다. 창원대는 교육부와 한국교육개발원이 주관한 「2025년 6주기 교원양성기관 역량진단」에서 최상위 등급인 A등급을 획득했다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 진단은 전국 139개 대학을 대상으로 최근 3년간(2022~2024)의 교육과정, 운영 체계, 교육 성과 등 7개 분야 24개 지표를 정밀 검증하는 국가 단위의 엄격한 평가다.
특히 일반대학 교육과(전국 89개교) 평가에서 유아교육과와 특수교육과가 나란히 최우수 A등급을 거머쥐며 전국 최고 수준의 경쟁력을 확인했다. 두 학과는 교원 확보율부터 연구 실적, 학생 지도 및 재학생 만족도에 이르기까지 전 지표에서 고른 고득점을 기록했다.
