대전 중구가 고향사랑기부제의 성과를 바탕으로 취약계층 삶의 질 향상을 위한 신규 복지사업을 시작한다.
이를 위해 대전 중구는 2026년 고향사랑기금 전액(5천만 원)을 투입해 '저장강박증 및 취약계층 주거케어 통합서비스'를 추진, 저장강박 의심 16세대와 취약계층 744세대 등 총 760세대를 지원한다고 24일 밝혔다.
이 사업은 단순 청소·폐기물 처리에 그치지 않고 방역·소독, 심리상담 연계, 정기 안부확인까지 포괄한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공한다.
저장강박 가구에는 재발 방지를 위한 사례관리까지 지원하며, 독거노인·장애인 등 취약계층에는 안전한 주거환경 유지를 돕는다. 중구지역자활센터 그린케어 자활사업단이 전문 장비와 경험을 활용해 수행, 자활근로자 일자리 창출 효과도 기대된다.
중구는 동 행정복지센터와 복지관을 통해 대상자를 상시 발굴하며, 지난해 31억 원 모금 등 기부제 성공 사례를 이어 지역사회 통합돌봄을 강화한다. 이는 성폭력 피해자 자립지원 등 기존 사업과 연계돼 복지 사각지대 해소에 기여할 전망이다.
