(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 24일, 행정안전부가 주관한 ‘2025년 지방자치단체 혁신평가’에서 우수기관으로 선정되며 3년 연속 우수기관에 이름을 올렸다.
부천시에 따르면, 기초자치단체 평가군인 시 부문에서 상위 15%에 포함됐으며, 시민이 체감할 수 있는 혁신 성과를 창출한 점이 주요 선정 요인으로 꼽혔다.
행정안전부는 지방자치단체의 자율적 혁신역량을 강화하고 주민이 체감하는 혁신성과 창출을 이끌기 위해 전국 243개 지방자치단체를 대상으로 매년 혁신평가를 추진한다.
평가 대상은 17개 시·도와 75개 시, 82개 군, 69개 구다.
이번 평가는 기관장의 혁신 리더십, 주민 소통·참여 강화, 민관 협력 활성화, 인공지능(AI)과 디지털 기술을 활용한 서비스 향상, 주민 서비스 개선과 행정 사각지대 해소 등 10개 세부 지표를 기준으로 평가군별 심사가 진행됐다.
부천시는 특히 혁신활동 참여, 혁신성과 확산 노력, 주민 소통·참여 강화, 인공지능 대전환 기반 구축, 대표 혁신과제 추진, 국민체감도 분야에서 고르게 우수한 평가를 얻었다.
관·학 정책연구모임인 혁신나래연구단 운영과 혁신·적극행정 우수사례 전시회 개최, 부천역 일대 막장 유튜버·BJ 근절 노력, 온마음 AI 복지콜 운영 등 지역 현안 해결을 위한 실천 과제도 성과로 인정됐다.
