(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구가 24일, 인천시 주관 ‘2025년도 군․구 행정실적 종합평가’ 결과 지난해에 이어 2년 연속 가장 많은 상사업비와 포상금을 확보하는 쾌거를 이뤘다.
남동구에 따르면 ,이번 평가는 인천시 주요 시책 중 군․구가 수행하는 위임사무 및 보조금 시책사업 등 7개 분야, 35개 일반시책에 대한 정량·정성평가로 진행됐다.
평가 결과 남동구는 총 7개 분야 중 환경·녹지와 경제 등 2개 분야 전체 1위를 포함해 전 분야에서 고르게 순위권에 진입했다.
세부 시책별로 보면 35개 일반시책 가운데 노인 사회활동 지원사업, 공원 조성 및 관리, 생활환경 업무추진, 교통안전 문화 정착 등 8개 시책에서 1위를 차지하며 행정 역량을 입증했다.
또한, 환경·녹지, 균형발전, 교통 등 3개 분야의 우수․특수사례 정성평가에서도 1위의 성과를 거뒀다.
남동구는 이를 통해 분야별 우수기관 상사업비 5억 7,562만 원과 시책별 포상금 3,778만 원을 확보했다.
이는 인천시 10개 군․구 중 가장 큰 규모다.
박종효 남동구청장은 “군·구 평가 2년 연속 상사업비 최다 확보는 전 직원과 주민이 하나 되어 일궈낸 결실이라는 점에서 의미가 매우 크다”며 “확보된 재원은 동 방문 현장에서 수렴한 주민 건의 사항을 해결하고, 구민의 삶의 질을 높이는 다양한 사업에 사용하겠다”고 밝혔다.
