스탬프 투어 등 소통형 오리엔테이션 병행… 신입생·학부모 등 550여 명 참석

충남도립대학교가 2026학년도 신입생들의 힘찬 출발을 알리며 지역 인재 양성의 요람으로서 역할을 본격화했다.
대학 측은 26일 교내 해오름관에서 신입생과 학부모, 교직원 등 550여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘제29회 입학식 및 오리엔테이션’을 성황리에 개최했다.
올해 입학식은 딱딱한 형식에서 벗어나 신입생들이 대학 구성원으로서 소속감을 느낄 수 있는 체험형 프로그램으로 꾸며졌다. 신입생들은 본관과 생활관, 도서관, 학생회관 등 캠퍼스 주요 거점을 직접 둘러보는 ‘스탬프 투어’에 참여하며 앞으로 학습하고 생활할 교육 환경을 몸소 익혔다.
투어를 마친 학생들은 기념품을 수령한 뒤 본 행사장으로 집결해 본격적인 입학 절차를 밟았다. 행사장 로비에는 가족과 함께 첫 순간을 기록할 수 있는 포토존과 다과 코너가 마련되어 축제 같은 분위기를 연출했다.
입학식은 학교 홍보 영상 상영을 시작으로 입학 허가 선언과 신입생 대표 선서 순으로 진행됐다.
건설안전방재학과 장희원 학생이 입학 허가 선언을, 경찰행정학과 박석모 학생이 신입생 선서를 맡아 당당한 포부를 밝혔다. 이어 교수진과 교직원 소개, 김태흠 충남도지사와 도의회의장의 환영 영상 메시지가 상영되며 열기를 더했다.

또한 “충남도립대학교는 지역과 운명을 함께하는 대학인 만큼, 신입생 한 사람 한 사람이 곧 지역의 미래를 밝히는 등불”이라고 강조했다.
충남도립대학교는 이번 입학식을 기점으로 신입생들이 대학 생활에 안정적으로 정착할 수 있도록 전폭적인 지원에 나설 방침이다. 전공 심화 교육은 물론, 산업체와 연계한 현장 중심 프로그램과 다채로운 비교과 활동을 통해 실무 역량과 인성을 겸비한 맞춤형 인재를 육성하겠다는 계획이다.
