대전시교육청이 26일 대전컨벤션센터(DCC) 그랜드볼룸에서 ‘2026학년도 지역 연계 초1·2 맞춤형 프로그램 질 제고를 위한 강사 역량 강화 연수’를 열었다.
이번 연수는 지역 대학·공공기관 연계 프로그램 성과 공유와 강사 전문성 강화를 목표로 했다.
300여 명의 사업 담당자와 강사가 참석한 가운데, 초등 저학년 발달 이해, 학교 적응 가이드, 2025 우수 사례를 교육했다.
이날 연수에서는 현장 중심 강연과 노하우 공유로 실전 적용력을 강조했다.
