26일부터 이틀간 보령서 담당자 역량 강화 연수… 실무 중심 교육 진행
폐교 활용부터 청렴 자가 진단까지… “투명한 재산 관리 문화 정착”

충남교육청이 도내 공유재산 관리의 효율성을 높이고 공직 기강을 확립하기 위해 현장 실무자들을 대상으로 집중 교육에 나섰다.
교육청은 26일부터 27일까지 이틀간 보령 소재 충청남도교육청해양수련원에서 교육지원청 재산 업무 담당자들을 대상으로 ‘2026년 공유재산 담당자 역량 강화 연수’를 실시한다.
이번 연수는 복잡해지는 재산 관리 업무에 대한 담당자들의 전문성을 높이고, 실무 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 시행착오를 줄이기 위해 마련됐다.
주요 교육 내용은 관련 법령과 규정을 바탕으로 한 공유재산의 취득 및 처분 절차 ,효율적인 폐교 재산 활용 및 관리 방안 ,공유재산 심의회 운영 실무 등이다. 특히 공유재산 전문 강사를 초빙해 사례 중심의 강의를 진행함으로써 이론과 현장의 간극을 좁히는 데 주력한다.
단순한 업무 지식 전달을 넘어 공직 윤리 의식을 고취하는 시간도 마련됐다. 교육청은 연수 과정 중 ‘청렴 자가 진단’ 시간을 편성해 담당자들이 스스로 부패 위험 요인을 점검하고 예방할 수 있도록 유도했다.
재산 관리 업무의 특성상 높은 투명성이 요구되는 만큼, 청렴한 공직 문화를 확산시키겠다는 의지다.
한기복 재무과장은 “이번 연수가 공유재산 관리의 전문성을 한 단계 끌어올리고, 투명한 재산 관리 체계를 정착시키는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 담당자들이 변화하는 행정 환경에 빠르게 적응할 수 있도록 교육 기회를 확대하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 충남교육청은 신규 업무 담당자들이 난도가 높은 재산 관리 업무에 연착륙할 수 있도록 지원책을 강화한다.
현장 사례 중심의 실무 교육과 더불어, 담당자 간 정보 공유와 소통을 위한 ‘학습공동체’를 운영해 업무 공백을 최소화하고 행정 서비스의 질을 높여갈 방침이다.

The Chungnam Office of Education has launched intensive training for field staff to enhance the efficiency of public property management in the province and establish public discipline.
