대전 유성구가 어르신 돌봄 수준 향상을 위해 ‘2026년 유성형 장기요양기관 등급제’를 운영한다고 26일 밝혔다.
유성구는 기관 운영 실적을 객관적으로 평가해 A·B·C 3단계로 구분, 우수 기관 보상과 저등급 지원을 병행한다.
올해 관내 74개 장기요양기관을 대상으로 지도·점검과 지정갱신 심사 점수를 합산 평가한 결과, A등급 58곳, B등급 14곳, C등급 2곳으로 나뉘었다. 각 기관에 결과 통보와 등급 인증서가 발급되며, 우수 A등급에는 인센티브를 부여한다.
C등급 기관에는 하반기 맞춤 컨설팅과 집중 지도·점검을 실시해 서비스 개선을 돕는다. 신규 기관은 올해 점검 결과를, 갱신 기관은 내년 합산 점수로 등급을 결정한다.
정용래 구청장은 “안심 돌봄 환경 조성을 위해 현장 중심 평가와 지원을 강화하겠다”며 “기관 운영 내실화로 어르신 삶의 질을 높이겠다”고 밝혔다.
