국가보훈부 경기북부제대군인지원센터가 지난 26일 센터 교육장에서 중·장기 복무 제대(예정)군인을 대상으로 「2026년 제1차 취업역량강화 워크숍」을 개최했다.
이번 워크숍은 2026년도 제대군인 전직지원사업의 일환으로 마련됐으며, 군 복무를 마치고 사회에 복귀하는 제대군인들의 안정적인 취업과 원활한 정착을 지원하기 위해 기획됐다.
이날 행사는 참가자들에게 실질적으로 필요한 정보 제공과 역량 강화 프로그램 위주로 진행됐다.

제대군인 지원제도 및 하반기 교육과정 소개를 시작으로, 최신 지역 채용시장 동향 분석, 효과적인 취업 정보 탐색 방법, 전문 강사의 입사지원서 작성법 코칭 등 실무 중심의 특강이 이어졌다.
또한 경기북부보훈지청 담당 주무관이 직접 참석해 보훈제도를 설명하고 참가자들의 질의에 답하는 시간도 마련됐다.
이번 워크숍에서 특히 주목받은 프로그램은 참가자 전원을 대상으로 한 전문 상담사와의 1대1 맞춤형 개별상담이었다.
참가자들은 개인별 경력과 희망 직무를 바탕으로 자신만의 강점을 체계화하고, 향후 진로 방향을 구체적으로 설계하는 기회를 가졌으며, 현장에서 큰 호응을 얻었다.
이영환 센터장은 "이번 워크숍이 제대(예정)군인들의 전직 준비에 실질적인 디딤돌이 되었기를 바란다"며, "앞으로도 제대군인들이 자부심을 가지고 성공적으로 사회에 정착할 수 있도록 맞춤형 취업 지원 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대 운영하겠다"고 말했다.
한편 경기북부제대군인지원센터는 올해도 제대군인의 사회 복귀를 돕는 다양한 전직지원 프로그램을 연중 운영할 계획이다.

This workshop, part of the 2026 Veterans Transition Support Project, was designed to support stable employment and smooth transition for veterans returning to society after completing their military service.
The event focused on providing participants with practical information and capacity building programs.
