(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천해양경찰서가 3일, 정기인사 이후 함정·파출소 등 현장부서를 대상으로 실전 대응력을 높이고 상황 대응 역량을 강화하기 위한 팀워크 강화 훈련을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

인천해경에 따르면,  이번 훈련은 4월 24일까지 진행되며 실전과 같은 훈련을 통해 조직 결속력을 다지고 실제 상황 발생 시 신속하고 효율적인 사고 대응 역량을 갖추기 위해 마련됐으며, ‘훈련시간 총량제’를 도입해 현장부서별 사고 사례를 분석하고 해역 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 훈련을 중점적으로 시행한다.

주요 훈련 내용은 관내 주요 지형지물 숙달, 연안구조정 운용 등이며 현장 직원의 안전을 위한 교육과 상황 대응 임무를 반복 훈련하여 현장 대응력을 한층 끌어올릴 계획이다.

또한 현장직원 중 동료강사를 선발하여 현장경험과 노하우를 공유함으로써 직원들의 현장 대응 능력을 상향 평준화시키는 것에 매진할 방침이다.

인천해경 관계자는 “실질적 훈련을 통하여 조속하게 팀워크를 구축하겠다”며 “반복 숙달 훈련으로 국민의 재산과 생명뿐만 아니라 직원의 안전까지 확보하는데 중점을 두고 교육·훈련을 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
