대구행복진흥원은 최근 한국경영인증원으로부터 ISO 37001(부패방지경영시스템) 인증을 받았다고 3일 밝혔다. 기관 설립 이후 처음 받는 국제표준 인증으로, 전사적인 부패방지 체계가 국제 기준에 부합한다는 점에서 의미가 크다.
인증 심사 과정에서 대구행복진흥원은 부패 리스크 전수 진단, 이해충돌 관리체계 고도화, 취약 분야 점검 강화, 내부신고 절차 정비 등을 추진했다. 또 임직원 맞춤형 청렴교육을 확대하고, 부패방지 전담 조직과 상시 점검 체계도 갖췄다.
대구행복진흥원은 이번 인증을 계기로 내부통제 시스템을 계속 발전시키는 한편, 데이터 기반의 리스크 관리로 사전 예방 기능을 강화할 예정이다. 이와 함께 청렴문화 확산 활동을 꾸준히 펼쳐 시민 신뢰를 높이고, 사회서비스 전반의 투명성 제고에 힘쓴다는 방침이다.
대구행복진흥원 관계자는 “이번 ISO 37001 인증은 단순히 제도를 갖추는 수준을 넘어, 실제로 작동하는 청렴 시스템을 구축했다는 점에서 의미가 있다”며 “앞으로도 투명하고 책임 있는 운영으로 시민들의 신뢰에 보답하겠다”고 말했다.
