지원 대상은 신청일 현재 봉화군에 주민등록(외국인등록 포함)을 두고, 학칙 또는 학생생활규정에 따라 교복(생활복 포함)을 착용하는 관내·외 중·고등학교(대안학교 포함)에 입학하는 신입생 및 전학생이다.
사업 기간은 2026년 3월부터 11월까지다. 군은 3월 3일부터 3월 31일까지 한 달간 집중 신청기간을 운영하며, 이후 4월 1일부터 11월 30일까지는 수시 신청을 받는다.
신청은 주소지 읍·면사무소 또는 재학(입학 예정) 학교를 통해 가능하다. 이와 함께 경상북도 공공마이데이터 플랫폼 ‘모이소’ 애플리케이션을 활용한 모바일 신청도 지원한다. 방문 없이 간편하게 신청할 수 있어 행정 접근성과 군민 편의성이 한층 향상될 것으로 기대된다.
박현국 봉화군수는 “교복지원사업을 통해 학부모의 경제적 부담을 완화하고, 학생들이 보다 안정적인 교육 환경에서 학업에 전념할 수 있도록 지속적인 교육복지 정책을 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.
