이날 현장에는 전도성 부군수, 이재명 군 의장, 농단협 김재인 회장 등 34개 농업인 단체와 관계기관 관계자 등 50여 명이 참석했다.
참석자들은 정성을 다해 제를 올리며 자연재해와 각종 사고 없는 안전한 영농 환경을 조성할 것을 다짐했다.
전도성 부군수는 “농업은 지역 경제의 근간이자 미래 성장의 원동력”이라며 “올해도 체계적인 영농 지원과 재해 예방 대책을 강화해 농업인이 안심하고 농사에 전념할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다’고 말했다.
