과천시가 지역 돌봄 정책을 체계적으로 추진하기 위한 협력 기반 마련에 나섰다.
과천시는 6일 시청 제1회의실에서 통합지원협의체 위원 위촉식과 함께 제1차 정기회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
통합지원협의체는 의료·요양 등 지역 돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률에 따라 지역 돌봄 정책의 원활한 추진과 관련 기관 간 협력 강화를 위해 설치된 정책 심의·자문기구다. 협의체는 당연직 4명과 위촉직 11명 등 총 15명으로 구성되며, 위원들은 앞으로 2년간 활동하게 된다.
이날 회의에는 국민건강보험공단 과천지사와 국민연금공단 안양과천지사 관계자, 학계 및 의료·복지 분야 전문가 등이 위원으로 참석했다.
참석자들은 2026년도 통합돌봄 사업 실행계획(안)을 공유하고 지역 기반 돌봄 체계 구축 방향과 협력 방안에 대해 의견을 나눴다.
시는 앞으로 협의체를 중심으로 의료·복지·돌봄 관련 기관 간 협력을 강화하고 시민이 체감할 수 있는 통합돌봄 정책을 단계적으로 추진해 나갈 계획이다.
신계용 과천시장은 “돌봄이 필요한 시민이 살던 곳에서 의료·요양·돌봄 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 협의체를 중심으로 기관 간 파트너십을 강화하겠다”며 “지역 자원 연계를 통해 촘촘한 돌봄 체계를 만들어 가겠다”고 말했다.

Gwacheon City has begun establishing a cooperative foundation to systematically implement regional care policies.
Gwacheon City announced that it held the first regular meeting of the Integrated Support Council, along with an appointment ceremony for members, in the first conference room of City Hall on the 6th.
The Integrated Support Council is a policy deliberation and advisory body established in accordance with the Act on Integrated Support for Regional Care, including Medical and Nursing Care, to ensure the smooth implementation of regional care policies and strengthen cooperation among related organizations. The council consists of 15 members, including four ex officio members and 11 appointed members. The members will serve for the next two years.

Participants shared the 2026 Integrated Care Project Implementation Plan (draft) and discussed the direction and cooperation plans for establishing a community-based care system.
