브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 서울시는 청년 구직자의 경제적 부담 덜어주기 위해 취업면접용 정장을 무료로 대여해 주는 ‘취업날개’ 서비스가 지난해까지 누적 38만 명이 이용한 것으로 나타났다고 10일 밝혔다. 이용자 만족도도 평균 97.9%를 기록했다.
서울시는 올해 △중랑구(태릉점) △송파구(송파점) △서대문구(신촌홍대점)에 신규 지점을 선정해 12개 지점에서 15개 지점으로 확대 운영, 연말까지 6만여 명에게 취업날개를 달아줄 예정이다
지금까지 ‘취업날개’가 없었던 중랑구, 송파구에도 올해 지점이 선정돼 동남·동북권 지역 청년들의 이용 편의와 접근성이 높여질 것으로 기대된다.
또한, 최근 직무 역량 중심·비대면 면접 확산 등 채용 트렌드에 발맞추고 청년 구직자에게 보다 실질적이고 정교한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위해 올해부터 체험형 인턴 면접, AI 면접, 비실시간 영상 면접까지 지원 대상을 대폭 확대키로 했다.
이에 따라 △고용보험에 가입하는 채용 연계형 인턴이 아닌 단기간 직무를 경험하는 형태의 ‘체험형 인턴’ △인공지능 기반 데이터 분석을 통한 온라인 ‘AI 면접’ △자기소개 및 지원 동기 영상 등 파일을 제출하는 ‘비실시간 영상 면접’ 등도 정장을 대여할 수 있게 됐다.
‘취업날개’는 고교졸업 예정자부터 39세 이하 서울시 거주자라면 누구나 이용할 수 있다. 면접 정장 대여를 원하는 청년은 서울시 홈페이지에서 통합회원 가입 후, 서울일자리포털 ‘취업날개’ 메뉴에서 원하는 업체를 선택, 방문날짜와 시간을 예약하고 정해진 시간에 맞춰 방문하면 이용 가능하다.
예약한 일시에 업체를 방문하면 전문가의 도움을 받아 체형과 목적에 맞는 정장을 골라 대여할 수 있다. 최초 이용 시에는 신체 치수 측정을 위해 업체를 방문해야 하지만 두 번째 이용부터는 방문할 필요 없이 온라인 신청 후 택배로도 수령할 수 있다.
정장은 △1회 대여에 3박 4일 간 △연간 최대 10회까지 △면접에 필요한 정장 포함 넥타이·벨트·구두 등도 모두 무료로 빌릴 수 있다.
대여 기간 3~4일차 또는 대여 종료일로부터 5일 이내 추가 면접이있는 경우에는 예약시스템을 통해 연장 신청도 가능해 여러 건의 면접이 모두 끝난 후 대여 물품을 반납할 수도 있다.
한편, 서울시는 지난해부터 의무복무로 늦어진 취업 준비에 대한 기회를 보장하기 위해 ‘제대군인’의 군 복무기간에 따라 이용 연령 최대 3년까지 연장하는 서비스를 제공 중이다.
이수연 서울시 경제실장은 “취업날개 서비스는 취업을 준비하는 청년들에게 가장 실질적인 도움을 주고 있는 일자리 지원 사업”이라며 “앞으로도 청년들이 취업 준비 과정에 겪는 어려움을 지속 발굴, 지원할 수 있도록 다각적인 정책을 펼쳐 나가겠다”고 말했다.
