진천군농업기술센터, 신규농업인 현장실습교육 약정…선도농가와 연수생 ‘맞손’

  【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군 농업기술센터는 귀농인 등 신규 농업인의 안정적인 영농 정착을 지원하기 위해 ‘신규농업인 현장실습교육’ 약정식을 개최했다고 10일 밝혔다.

  이번 교육은 이론 중심 교육에서 벗어나 풍부한 경험을 가진 선도농가가 자신의 농장에서 직접 신규 농업인에게 재배 기술과 현장 노하우를 전수하는 현장 밀착형 실습 프로그램이다.

  이날 약정식에는 선도농가와 연수생들이 함께 참석해 향후 교육 방향을 공유하고 성실한 교육 참여를 다짐하며 성공적인 영농 정착을 위한 첫걸음을 내디뎠다.

  연수생들은 앞으로 약 5개월 동안 선도농가의 지도 아래 양봉, 오이, 딸기, 버섯 등 주요 작목의 재배 기술을 비롯해 수확 후 유통과 판매 전략 등 농업 경영 전반에 대한 실무 노하우를 체계적으로 배우게 된다.
