이 사업은 용산리 봉학골 일원에 총사업비 59억원을 투입해 가족 단위 산림레포츠 시설을 조성하는 사업으로, 올해 6월 완공을 목표로 공사가 진행 중이다. 향후 기존 봉학골 정원, 산림욕장, 삼색길과 연계해 음성군 대표 체류형 산림복합 관광단지로 자리매김할 것으로 기대된다.
