(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 오는 20일까지 ‘부서별 맞춤형 안전보건 교육’을 실시할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, 지난 10일부터 이뤄지고 있는 이번 교육은 중대재해 예방을 위해 실시한 안전보건 의무사항 이행점검의 후속 조치이다.
2025년 하반기 전 부서를 대상으로 진행한 점검 결과를 토대로 실무 현장에서 즉각적인 개선이 필요한 사항을 지원하기 위해 추진됐다.
부평구는 점검에서 그치지 않고 도출된 보완 사항을 구정 운영에 반영하는 ‘환류 체계’를 강화해 안전 관리의 선순환 구조를 확립한다는 방침이다.
특히, 교육의 집중도와 효과성을 높이기 위해 대규모 집합 교육 대신 각 부서 팀장과 실무자 등 3~4명이 참여하는 소규모 대면 교육 방식으로 진행됐다.
교육은 업무 특성에 따라 시설·사무, 현업, 도급 분야로 구분해 실시됐으며, 현장 실무자의 애로사항을 직접 청취하고 맞춤형 개선 방안을 함께 논의하는 방식으로 이뤄졌다.
주요 교육 내용은 분야별 법적 의무사항의 현장 적용 방안, 유해·위험요인 파악 및 개선 절차, 이행점검 평가표 작성 실무 등이다.
부평구 관계자는 “이번 교육은 우리 구 스스로 안전 관리 체계의 미비점을 점검하고 실무 역량을 높이기 위한 과정”이라며 “앞으로도 지속적인 점검과 현장 중심의 지도를 통해 종사자와 구민 모두가 안심할 수 있는 안전한 행정 환경을 조성해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 부평구는 지난 2025년 국제표준 안전보건경영시스템 ISO 45001 인증을 취득한 바 있다.
