【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 17일 군청 소회의실에서 예미담요양병원, 괴산성모병원과 ‘퇴원환자 지역사회 연계의뢰’를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 병원에서 퇴원한 군민들이 가정으로 복귀한 후에도 필요한 의료와 돌봄서비스를 끊김 없이 받을 수 있도록 민·관 협력 체계를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
특히 이번 협약에 참여한 예미담요양병원과 괴산성모병원은 지역 주민 이용도가 높은 의료기관이다.
지난해 기준 두 병원을 이용한 증평군민은 외래 4000건, 입원 230명에 달하는 것으로 집계됐다.
군은 이들 병원과의 협력을 통해 실제 돌봄이 필요한 환자를 보다 체계적으로 발굴할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
협약에 따라 각 의료기관은 퇴원(예정)환자의 건강 상태와 돌봄 필요도를 사전에 파악해 군에 연계를 의뢰하게 된다.
군은 의뢰받은 환자의 상태에 따라 방문 의료·간호, 가사, 간병, 주거 환경 개선 등 맞춤형 돌봄서비스를 제공할 계획이다.
또한 사업 활성화를 위해 협약의료기관에 연계 수당도 지원할 예정이다.
