<브레이크뉴스 원주 = 김일웅 기자> 원주 지역 어르신들의 건강하고 행복한 노후를 응원하는 따뜻한 재능기부의 손길이 이어져 지역사회를 훈훈하게 물들이고 있다.
19일 원주시에 따르면, 강원도선행자봉사회는 지난 17일 원주시 호저면 어르신들을 위해 ‘무병장수 기원 장수사진 촬영 봉사’를 성황리에 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 뜻깊은 봉사활동은 지역사회를 든든하게 지켜오신 어르신들에게 깊은 존경과 감사의 마음을 전하고, 무병장수를 기원하는 따뜻한 취지에서 전격 마련됐다.
이날 호저면 주산2리 마을회관에는 봉사단원 15명과 30여 명의 어르신들이 한자리에 모여 웃음꽃을 피웠다. 봉사단원들은 어르신들을 위해 헤어 관리, 화사한 메이크업, 네일아트 등을 정성껏 제공하며 꽃단장을 도왔다. 이어 전문적인 장수사진 촬영과 함께 정성스레 준비한 간식을 나누며 온정을 더했다.
사진 촬영에 참여한 한 어르신은 “평소 사진관에 직접 찾아가서 사진을 찍는 게 결코 쉽지 않은 일인데, 이렇게 동네까지 직접 찾아와서 예쁘게 꾸며주고 정성스럽게 사진을 찍어주니 너무 감사하다”며, “오랜만에 마을 사람들과 다 같이 많이 웃을 수 있어서 참으로 행복한 하루였다”고 벅찬 소감을 전했다.
