【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=진천군사회복지협의회는 지역 어르신들의 인지건강 증진을 위해 ‘2026년 주민복지대학 실버인지놀이지도자 2급 과정’을 개강한다고 밝혔다.
협의회는 24일 한국치매예방협회 진천지부에서 개강식을 개최했으며, 향후 이론 중심 교육에서 벗어나 실습 위주의 현장형 교육을 본격 운영할 예정이다.
이번 과정은 초고령사회 진입에 따른 복지 수요 증가에 대응하기 위해 마련됐으며, 교육과 동시에 현장 활용이 가능한 ‘실무형 인지지도자’ 양성에 초점을 맞췄다.
교육은 보드게임, 음악, 미술, 신체활동 등 어르신 맞춤형 인지자극 프로그램을 중심으로 구성되며, 교육생들이 직접 프로그램을 기획·시연하는 방식으로 진행된다.
교육은 4월 30일까지 총 12회기에 걸쳐 운영되며 교육 수료 이후에는 관내 복지시설과 연계해 어르신 대상 인지놀이 프로그램 운영 등 실질적인 봉사활동으로 이어질 예정이다.
손광영 회장은 “이번 과정은 배운 내용을 현장에서 바로 활용할 수 있도록 기획됐다”며 “교육이 지역사회 나눔으로 이어지는 선순환 구조를 만들어 나가겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 진천군사회복지협의회 주민복지대학은 2007년부터 운영돼 현재까지 1천여 명의 지역 인재를 양성하는 등 지역복지 발전에 기여하고 있다.
