【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군보건소는 27일 건강증진센터 3층 다목적실에서 「2025년 지역사회건강조사 건강통계」 발간에 따라 지난 1년간의 조사 결과를 공유하고 전문가 의견을 청취하기 위한 결과보고회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 결과보고회에는 지역사회건강조사 책임대학교인 충북대학교 교수와 한국교통대학교 교수, 보건소 관계자 등이 참석해 옥천군의 주요 건강지표 변화와 읍면별 통계를 비교·분석하고, 지역 건강 특성을 바탕으로 향후 보건사업 추진 방향에 대해 다양한 의견을 나누는 시간을 가졌다.
지역사회건강조사는 「지역보건법」 제4조(지역사회 건강실태조사)에 근거해 매년 지역주민의 건강행태, 이환, 의료이용 등을 조사하는 국가승인 통계로, 지역 맞춤형 보건사업 계획 수립과 정책 결정에 활용되는 중요한 기초자료이다.
옥천군보건소장은 “지역사회건강조사는 우리 지역 주민의 건강 수준과 건강 문제를 객관적으로 파악할 수 있는 중요한 자료”라며 “이번 조사 결과를 토대로 지역 특성에 맞는 건강증진사업을 추진하고 주민 건강 향상을 위한 정책 수립에 적극 활용하겠다”고 말했다.
